Baby corn Bajji



  • Baby corn – 2
  • Gram flour (Kadala mavu) – 4 to 5 spoons
  • Chili powder – 1 tspn
  • Turmeric powder – a pinch
  • Salt – As required
  • Oil to fry


  1. Cut Baby corns in to small pieces.
  2. Prepare thick batter by mixing Gram flour, Chili powder, Turmeric powder and Salt with Water.
  3. Marinate the Baby corns into the batter for half-an-hour.
  4. Heat Oil in a pan and deep fry the Baby corns till it becomes golden brown in color.

Serve with Tomato sauce.
