- Baby corn – 2
- Gram flour (Kadala mavu) – 4 to 5 spoons
- Chili powder – 1 tspn
- Turmeric powder – a pinch
- Salt – As required
- Oil to fry
- Cut Baby corns in to small pieces.
- Prepare thick batter by mixing Gram flour, Chili powder, Turmeric powder and Salt with Water.
- Marinate the Baby corns into the batter for half-an-hour.
- Heat Oil in a pan and deep fry the Baby corns till it becomes golden brown in color.
Serve with Tomato sauce.
