Ingredients:
- Green Beans – 2 cups
- Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped)
- Garlic – 4 crushed
- Chili powder – 1 tsp
- Coconut milk – 1/2 cup
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Water – 1/2 cup
Recipe:
- Cook Beans with 1/2 cup of Water and Salt in pressure cooker for 1 whistle.
- Drain the water out of Beans and keep aside.
- Heat Oil in a pan. Add Onion and Garlic, fry till it turns into golden brown.
- Add cooked Beans, Chili powder and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Then add Coconut milk & cook till it becomes dry.
