Green beans Coconut Milk Curry

Ingredients:

  • Green Beans – 2 cups
  • Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped)
  • Garlic – 4 crushed
  • Chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Coconut milk – 1/2 cup
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Water – 1/2 cup

Recipe:

  1. Cook Beans with 1/2 cup of Water and Salt in pressure cooker for 1 whistle.
  2. Drain the water out of Beans and keep aside.
  3. Heat Oil in a pan. Add Onion and Garlic, fry till it turns into golden brown.
  4. Add cooked Beans, Chili powder and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Then add Coconut milk & cook till it becomes dry.
