Broccoli Soup,Cream of broccoli soup,Starter recipe


  • Broccoli – 1 cup
  • Milk – 2 cups
  • Onion – 2 spoons
  • Garlic – 1 spoon
  • Maida – 1 spoon
  • Butter – 1 to 2 spoons
  • Salt and pepper – As required


  1. Chop Broccoli, Onion and Garlic into very small pieces.
  2. Heat Butter in a pan. Add Onion and Garlic and fry till the Onions become transparent.
  3. Then add Maida and fry till it becomes light brown in color.
  4. Add Broccoli and fry for a minute.
  5. Finally add Milk and stir it. Boil till the desired consistency.
  6. Add Salt and Pepper.

Serve Hot.
