- Broccoli – 1 cup
- Milk – 2 cups
- Onion – 2 spoons
- Garlic – 1 spoon
- Maida – 1 spoon
- Butter – 1 to 2 spoons
- Salt and pepper – As required
- Chop Broccoli, Onion and Garlic into very small pieces.
- Heat Butter in a pan. Add Onion and Garlic and fry till the Onions become transparent.
- Then add Maida and fry till it becomes light brown in color.
- Add Broccoli and fry for a minute.
- Finally add Milk and stir it. Boil till the desired consistency.
- Add Salt and Pepper.
