Ingredients:
- Chana dal – 1 cup
- Jaggery (grated) – 1/4 to 1/2 cup (adjust to your taste)
- Elaichi powder – a pinch
Recipe:
- Roast chana dal till golden brown.
- Boil water in a pan. Add chana dal and cook.
- After the dal is 3/4th cooked, remove from heat. Do not over cook the dal. Otherwise it will get mushy. Let this cool.
- Then pulse few times in mixi and grind it coarsely.
- Mix Jaggery, cooked Chana dal, Elaichi powder and Ghee. Make small ladddus when it is warm.
