Ingredients:
- Fish- 4 to 5 pieces
- Tomato- 1/2
- Garlic- 3
- Curry leaves- few
- Fennel seeds- 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
- Chili powder- 1 tsp
- Coriander powder- 1 tsp
- Corn flour- 2 to 3 tsp
- Salt- as required
- Oil- for fry
Recipe:
- Clean the Fish and keep aside.
- Grind Tomato, Garlic, Curry leaves and Fennel seeds.
- Add Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Coriander powder, Salt, Corn flour to the ground item and make a thick paste.
- Apply the prepared masala paste on both sides of the fish.Let the fish marinate in this masala paste for 1/2 an hour. Make sure that the masala stick on both side of the Fish.
- Heat Oil in a pan. Keep the stove in medium flame and fry both sides of the fish till it turns into dark brown in color.
