Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

  • Chicken – 1/4 kg (with bones) 
  • Small Onion – 3 to 5 (crushed)
  • Garlic – 3 (crushed)
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tspn
  • Pepper powder – 3/4 tspn (or to taste)
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 tspn
  • Salt – to taste
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Gingelly Oil – 1 tspn

Recipe:

  1. Add all the ingredients together in a vessel. Bring this to boil once.
  2. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Then drain the soup and serve hot with a tspn of Oil on top.
  4. Use the chicken to prepare chicken recipes.
