- Chicken – 1/4 kg (with bones)
- Small Onion – 3 to 5 (crushed)
- Garlic – 3 (crushed)
- Cumin seeds – 1 tspn
- Pepper powder – 3/4 tspn (or to taste)
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tspn
- Salt – to taste
- Water – 1 cup
- Gingelly Oil – 1 tspn
- Add all the ingredients together in a vessel. Bring this to boil once.
- Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
- Then drain the soup and serve hot with a tspn of Oil on top.
- Use the chicken to prepare chicken recipes.
