Ingredients:
To grind:
- Grated coconut- 5 spoon
- Curry leaves- 1 sprig
- Coriander leaves- 3 sprigs
- Green chili – 2
- Garlic- 1/2
- Ginger- very small piece
- Tamarind- a pinch
- Salt- to taste
For tampering:
- Mustard seeds and Urad dal- 1/2 tsp
- Small Onion-1 or 2
- Curry leaves- 1 string
- Oil- as required
Recipe:
- Grind Grated coconut, Curry leaves, Coriander leaves, Green Chili, Garlic, Ginger, Tamarind and Salt with little water. Keep this aside.
- For tampering: Heat Oil in a pan. Add Mustard seeds and Urad dal. Once it splutters, add Curry leaves, Small onion and fry till Onion turns into golden brown.
- Pour this fried mix to the ground chutney.
