Ingredients:
- Basmati rice – 2 cup
- Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped)
- Curd – 1/4 cup
- Salt – to taste
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Coconut milk – 2½ cups
- Oil – 1 tbsp
To Grind:
- Cardamom – 1
- Cinnamon – 1 stick
- Cloves – 1
- Green chilli – 2
- Coriander leaves- 1 bunch
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Ginger – small peice
Recipe:
- Soak Rice in Coconut milk for 5 min.
- Clean Coriander leaves and grind with the other ‘To Grind’ ingredients.
- Heat Cooker and add Ghee, Oil. Then add Onion and Salt. Fry it well.
- Then add ground ingredients, Curd and Rice. Mix well and Cook in a cooker.
- Finally add lime juice and remove from heat.
