Ingredients:
- Curry leaves- 1/2 cup
- Garlic- 1
- Red chili- 4
- Urad dal- 1 tsp
- Toor dal- 1 tsp
- Hing- 1/4 tsp
- Salt- to taste
- Oil- as required
Recipe:
- Heat little Oil in a pan. Add Curry leaves fry till it turn into crispy and keep this aside.
- Heat Oil in a pan. Add Garlic, Red chili, Urad dal, Toor dal and Hing. Fry till the dal turns into light brown color.
- Allow this to cool and then grind all the fried items with Salt.
