Egg fry,Muttai poriyal recipe


  • Egg- 2
  • Onion- 1
  • Curry leaves- few
  • Carrot- 1
  • Beans- 5 to 7
  • Chicken masala powder- 1½ tsp
  • Oil and Salt- as requied


  1. Mince Beans, Carrot and Onion.
  2. Heat Oil in a pan. Add Onion and fry for a minute.
  3. Keep the stove in low flame. Add Beans and Carrot, fry till it cook.
  4. Then add Chicken masala powder and fry till the smell of masala goes off.
  5. Break and add the raw eggs to it. Fry till it cooks.

Goes well with: Rice
