Ingredients:
- Egg- 2
- Onion- 1
- Curry leaves- few
- Carrot- 1
- Beans- 5 to 7
- Chicken masala powder- 1½ tsp
- Oil and Salt- as requied
Recipe:
- Mince Beans, Carrot and Onion.
- Heat Oil in a pan. Add Onion and fry for a minute.
- Keep the stove in low flame. Add Beans and Carrot, fry till it cook.
- Then add Chicken masala powder and fry till the smell of masala goes off.
- Break and add the raw eggs to it. Fry till it cooks.
