Ingredients:
- Green beans – 1/2 lb
- Oil – 1 cup
- Soy sauce – 1/2 tspn
- Salt – To taste
Recipe:
- Trim the two ends of Green beans.
- Heat Oil in a pan.Once the oil is hot, add the Green beans carefully.
- Fry for 1 to 2 minutes and remove from the pan using a spoon with holes. Don’t burn the Green beans.
- Add Salt and Soy sauce to taste.
Serve hot.
