Green beans fry recipe, Chinese beans dish

Ingredients:

  • Green beans – 1/2 lb
  • Oil – 1 cup
  • Soy sauce – 1/2 tspn
  • Salt – To taste

Recipe:

  1. Trim the two ends of Green beans.
  2. Heat Oil in a pan.Once the oil is hot, add the Green beans carefully.
  3. Fry for 1 to 2 minutes and remove from the pan using a spoon with holes. Don’t burn the Green beans.
  4. Add Salt and Soy sauce to taste.

Serve hot.
