Green Gram Salad for Weight Loss | Green Gram Sprouts

This green gram salad is help our body to loss weight. Moong dal sprouts has excellent source of low-fat protein and fibre.

Ingredients for Salad:

  • Green gram dal sprouts (whole)- 1 cup
  • Carrot- 1
  • Onion- 1/2
  • Lemon juice- 1tsp
  • Curd- 3 spoon
  • Salt and Pepper- to taste
RecipeĀ forĀ Salad:
  1. Mince Carrot and Onion.
  2. Mix Green gram dal sprouts, Carrot and Onion in a bowl.
  3. Add Curd, Salt, Pepper to it and mix well.
