Ingredients:
- Peanut – 1½ cup
- Coconut – 3 tbsp
- Garlic – 1 clove (optional)
- Salt – to taste
- Tamarind – small gooseberry size
- Dry red chilliĀ – 3
- Curry leaves – few
- Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
- Urad dal – 1/4 tsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Recipe:
- Heat Oil in a pan. Roast Peanuts until it turns golden brown.
- Grind Peanuts, Coconut, Tamarind, Salt, Red chilli and Garlic together.
- Heat Oil in a pan. Add Mustard seeds, Curry leaves and Urad dal. Add this to to the chutney.
