Ingredients:
- Heavy cream formed over milk – 1 cup
- Water- 3 or 4 cup
Recipe:
- Take out the heavy cream formed over the heated and then chilled milk everyday. And store it in cool place(may be in refrigerator). Repeat this till you get a cup of cream.
- In a mixer grinder add this cup of Cream with Water.
- Grind it for 2 min or till the butter gets separated on top.
- Using hand take out the butter else Drain buttermilk.
- Place the butter in a clean jar and store it in refrigerator.
