How to make Home made Butter?

Ingredients:

  • Heavy cream formed over milk – 1 cup
  • Water- 3 or 4 cup

Recipe:

  1. Take out the heavy cream formed over the heated and then chilled milk everyday.  And store it in cool place(may be in refrigerator). Repeat this till you get a cup of cream.
  2. In a mixer grinder add this cup of Cream with Water. 
  3. Grind it for 2 min or till the butter gets separated on top.
  4. Using hand take out the butter else Drain buttermilk.
  5. Place the butter in a clean jar and store it in refrigerator.
