- Black gram dhal (ulunthu) – 1 cup
- Red chilies – 10-15 (As Required. Depends on the chili you use. )
- Garlic – 8-10 piece ( As required)
- Curry leaves – few
- Salt – As required
- Heat a pan. Don’t use oil to fry.
- Fry Black gram dhal (Ulunthu), Red chilies, Garlic and Curry leaves till it become golden brown.
- Cool off all the fried items.
- Then grind all the fried items and salt.
