- Sesame seeds – 1/2 cup
- red chilies – 4 to 5
- Garlic – 3 to 4
- Hing – 2 to 3 pinches
- Curry leaves – 2 to 3 sprigs
- Salt – to taste
- Roast Sesame seeds, Red chilies, Garlic and Curry leaves separately.
- Add Salt and Hing to the roasted ingredients.
- Grind Red chilies, Garlic and Curry leaves.Then add Sesame seeds and grind again.
- Mix with gingelly oil and serve.
Goes well with: Idly, Dosa and Plain rice
