Ingredients:
- Egg – 2 to 3
- Onion – 1
- Pepper powder and Salt – to taste
- Oil
Recipe:
- Take a deep round ladle with long handle(Thalippu karandi in tamil) to make this ladle egg omelet.
- Beat eggs, onion, pepper powder and salt together in a bowl.
- Heat a tspn of oil the ladle. Pour a small amount of egg mixture to the ladle and let it cook.
- Turn gently to the other side and cook. Once it is cooked, remove it from the ladle and serve.
