Karandi Muttai, Ladle Egg Omelet


  • Egg – 2 to 3
  • Onion – 1
  • Pepper powder and Salt – to taste
  • Oil


  1. Take a deep round ladle with long handle(Thalippu karandi in tamil) to make this ladle egg omelet.
  2. Beat eggs, onion, pepper powder and salt together in a bowl.
  3. Heat a tspn of oil the ladle. Pour a small amount of egg mixture to the ladle and let it cook.
  4. Turn gently to the other side and cook. Once it is cooked, remove it from the ladle and serve.
