Sun dried cluster beans (Kothavarangai vathal )

Kothavarangai vathal, Sundried cluster beans, Seeni avaraikkari vatral, Goruchikkudukaya

Ingredients:

  • Cluster Beans(Kothavarangai) – 1/2 kg
  • Salt – to taste
  • Oil – to deep fry

Recipe:

  1. Boil water in a pan. Add Salt to it.
  2. Once the water starts boiling, add Cluster Beans to it. Boil it once and remove from heat.
  3. Drain the water and let it cool.
  4. Sun dry the boiled Cluster Beans completely for 3 to 4 days. After that store it in a container.
  5. Deep fry in oil whenever you need it.
