Ingredients:
- Cluster Beans(Kothavarangai) – 1/2 kg
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – to deep fry
Recipe:
- Boil water in a pan. Add Salt to it.
- Once the water starts boiling, add Cluster Beans to it. Boil it once and remove from heat.
- Drain the water and let it cool.
- Sun dry the boiled Cluster Beans completely for 3 to 4 days. After that store it in a container.
- Deep fry in oil whenever you need it.
