- Wheat flour- 1cup
- Sugar- 2 to 3 spoon
- Grated coconut- 4 spoon
- Ghee-2 spoon
- Salt- a pinch
- Cardamom powder- a pinch (optional)
- Mix Salt, little Water to Wheat flour and make the flour like shreds.
- Cook the Wheat flour mix, in a idy cooker.
- Finally add Sugar, Grated coconut, Ghee, Cardamom powder and mix well
