Leftover Dosa Fritters

Left over dosa fritters, Dosai vadagam

Ingredients:

  • Left over Dosa  – 1 or 2
  • Oil – to deep fry

Recipe:

  1. Dry left over dosa for 1 or 2 days.
  2. Then break them into pieces.
  3. Heat Oil in a pan. Add dried dosa pieces and deep fry them.
