Ingredients:
- Mutton (boneless)- 250grams
- Gram flour-5 spoon
- Ginger- 1/4 tspn
- Garlic- 1/2 tspn
- Onion- 1
- Chill powder- 2 tspn
- Curry leaves- few
- Coriander leaves- 2 string
- Fennel seeds- 1/2 tspn
- Oil and Salt- as required
Recipe:
- Cook mutton, Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric powder, Chill powder and Salt in a pressure cooker. Keep it aside.
- Cut the Onions, Coriander leaves and Curry leaves into pieces. Keep this aside
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry the cooked mutton(prepared in step-1) till it gets dry.
- Prepare the thick batter by mixing the Chopped items(From step 2), Fennel seeds, Gram flour and required Water with the fried Mutton(prepared in step-3) as shown in the below figure.
5. Heat oil in a pan. Leave the mutton mixed thick batter into medium or small pieces in the pan. Deep fry those pakodas till it gets golden brown.
