Ingredients: (For 2 people)
- Small Onion – 15 – 20
- Onion – 1
- Red chilies – 2
- Curry leaves – few
- Oil and salt – As required
- Heat Oil in a pan. Add Onions, Red chilies and Curry leaves, fry till Onion turns into golden brown.
- Grind all the fried items and Salt in blender without adding Water. If you add Water, then it is difficult to remove the raw small of onion.
- Then fry the ground mix in Oil till the raw smell of Onion goes off.
