Ingredients:
- Paneer – 1 cup (crumbled)
- Mustard seeds and Urad dal – 1/2 tspn
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tspn
- Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- Green chili – 1
- Onion – 1 (small, finely chopped)
- Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tspn
- Chili powder – 1/2 tspn
- Cumin powder – 3/4 tspn
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 1 or 2 tspn
- Coriander leaves – 2 to 3 sprigs (finely chopped)
Recipe:
- Heat Oil in a pan. Add Mustard seeds, Urad dal and Cumin seeds. Once the seeds starts spluttering, add Curry leaves and Green chili, fry for a minute.
- Add Onion and fry till they are transparent.
- Add Tomato and fry till it melts.
- Add Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Cumin powder and fry for a minute.
- Sprinkle little water and Salt. Fry for a minute.
- Add crumbled Paneer, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add Coriander leaves and remove from heat.
