Ingredients:
- Pori kadalai – 3/4 cup
- Red chilies – 7 to 8
- Garlic – If the garlic is small use 20 – 25 piece. If its big, then use 10 – 15 piece.
- No need to remove the outer skin of garlic.
- Salt – As required
Recipe:
- Heat a pan. Don’t use Oil to fry.
- Fry Pori kadalai, Red chilies and Garlic till it become golden brown.
- Cool off all the fried items.
- Then grind all the fried items and Salt.
Goes well with: Hot Rice, Idly or Dosa.
Tips: When u grind this powder, make sure that mixie is dry. Store this paruppu podi in dry container.
