Ingredients:
- Ripe plantain-1
- All purpose flour (maida)-10 spoons
- Sugar- 3 spoons
- Salt- a pinch
- Turmeric powder- 1 or 2 pinch
- Oil for frying
Recipe:
- Cut the Ripe plantain into 3 or 4 slices in lengthwise.
- Prepare the batter with All purpose flour, Sugar, Salt, Turmeric powder and required water. The batter should be of thick consistency like idly batter.
- Heat Oil in a pan. Dip the sliced plantain in batter and drop it into the oil. Deep fry till golden brown.
