Plantain Chips

Green Plantain Chips


  • Plantain – 1
  • Chili powder and Salt – to taste
  • Oil – to deep fry (1 cup)


  1. Remove the skin of Plantain using scrapper.
  2. Slice the Plantain into thin and round.
  3. Heat Oil in a pan. Deep fry the Plantain chips till they are crispy and golden yellow.
  4. Remove them and drain on paper towels.
  5. Sprinkle Chili powder and Salt over the chips and serve.
