Plum Jam

Black Plum Jam, Plums Preservative


  • Black Plum – 2½ cups (chopped)
  • Sugar – 1/2 to 3/4 cup
  • Water – 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon powder – 2 to 3 pinches (optional)


  1. Boil all the ingredients together in a pan.
  2. Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 25 – 30 minutes or till it becomes like jam.
  3. Let the Jam cool and then store it in a clean jar.
