Ingredients:
- Orange – 1½ cups (peeled and chopped)
- Black Plum – 1 (chopped)
- Orange Juice – 1/2 cup
- Water – 1/4 cup
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
Recipe:
- Boil all the ingredients together in a pan. Cover and cook till the fruits break down, then mash it with the spatula.
- Cook again for 20 minutes or till it becomes thick like jam. Then remove from heat.
- Refrigerate once the Jam cools completely.
