Plum – Orange Jam

Plum Orange Jam, Orange Marmalade


  • Orange –  1½ cups (peeled and chopped)
  • Black Plum – 1 (chopped)
  • Orange Juice – 1/2 cup
  • Water – 1/4 cup
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup


  1. Boil all the ingredients together in a pan. Cover and cook till the fruits break down, then mash it with the spatula.
  2. Cook again for 20 minutes or till it becomes thick like jam. Then remove from heat.
  3. Refrigerate once the Jam cools completely.
