Ingredients:
- Mint leaves- 1 bunch
- Small onion-4
- Curry leaves- few
- Garlic- 2
- Red chili- 2
- Grated coconut-2 spoon
- Tamarind- a small piece
- Black gram split-1/2 spoon
- Oil and Salt- as required
Recipe:
- Clean the Mint leaves and keep aside.
- Heat Oil in a pan, add Black gram split and fry till it turns into light brown.
- Then add Onion, Curry leaves, Garlic, Red chili, Coconut and Mint leaves, fry for 5 minutes in low flame.
- Once it cools off, grind with Tamarind and Salt.
