Ingredients:
- Ragi flour(Finger millet flour)- 4 spoons
- Sugar-4 to 5 spoons
- Cardamom- 3
- Water- 3 cups
Recipe:
- Mix Ragi flour in ½ cup of Water without any lumps .
- Heat 2½ cup of Water with Cardamom in a vessel.
- Once it started to boil, add mixed Ragi flour in medium flame.
- Allow the Ragi flour mix to boil. Then add Sugar and keep the stove in low flame.
- Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or till it becomes thick.
