Ragi Koozh


Ragi malt,Finger millet flour recipe


  • Ragi flour(Finger millet flour)- 4 spoons
  • Sugar-4 to 5 spoons
  • Cardamom- 3
  • Water- 3 cups


  1. Mix Ragi flour in ½ cup of Water without any lumps .
  2. Heat 2½ cup of Water with Cardamom in a vessel.
  3. Once it started to boil, add mixed Ragi flour in medium flame.
  4. Allow the Ragi flour mix to boil. Then add Sugar and keep the stove in low flame.
  5. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or till it becomes thick.
