Ingredients:
- Ragi flour – 1 cup
- Palm sugar or Jaggery – 1/4 to 1/2 cup (powdered)
- Ghee – 1 tspn
- Salt – to taste
- Water – 1/4 cup (approximately)
Recipe:
- Mix Ragi flour and Salt in a bowl. Add water little by little and mix well till you get crumbled texture.
- Steam cook the wet Ragi flour mix in a idy cooker for 7 to 10 minutes.
- Then add the powdered Jaggery and Ghee to the cooked ragi flour and mix well.
