Ingredients:
- Cumin seeds – 6 spoons
- Coriander seeds – 4 spoons
- Peppercorns (Black) – 2 spoons
- Toor dhal – 1 spoon
- Red chili – 10
- Curry leaves – 3 to 4 sprigs
Recipe:
Dry grind all the ingredients together in a blender.
No need to grind nicely. Even if it is coarse also fine. Store it in a air tight container. Use as required.
