Ingredients:
- Sago (Javvarisi) – 1 cup
- Green garam dal – 1/4 cup
- Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
- Urad dal – 1/2 tsp
- Curry leavesĀ – few
- Hing – a pinch
- Dry red chilli – 1
- Coconut – 2 tsp (grated)
- Salt – to taste
- Coconut oil – 2 tsp
Recipe:
- Soak sago for 2 hrs and then filter it. Cook Dal in a cooker.
- Heat Oil in a pan. Add Mustard seeds, Hing, Urad dal, Curry leaves and Dry red chilli.
- Then add sago and mix well. Now add Dal and salt to it. Combine well.
- Finally add grated Coconut to it. Serve hot.
