Samba Rava Dosai

Wheat Rava Dosa, Samba Ravai Dosai, Atta rava dosa


  • Samba rava (Wheat rava) -1 cup
  • Rice – 1 cup
  • Salt – to taste
  • Oil – as needed


  1. Soak Wheat rava and Rice together in water for 2 hours.
  2. After that grind and make batter. Add Salt to the batter and let this batter sit for 1 hour. You can start making dosa after 1 hour.
  3. Heat a tawa.  Pour a ladle full of batter, spread like dosa and apply oil on sides.
  4. Roast both sides and then remove from heat.
  5. It is good for sugar patients.

Goes well  with:  Chutney, Sambar

Note: Samba Rava is available in Indian grocery stores.
