Ingredients:
- Samba rava (Wheat rava) -1 cup
- Rice – 1 cup
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – as needed
Recipe:
- Soak Wheat rava and Rice together in water for 2 hours.
- After that grind and make batter. Add Salt to the batter and let this batter sit for 1 hour. You can start making dosa after 1 hour.
- Heat a tawa. Pour a ladle full of batter, spread like dosa and apply oil on sides.
- Roast both sides and then remove from heat.
- It is good for sugar patients.
Goes well with: Chutney, Sambar
