Ingredients:
- Wheat rava – 1 cup
- Urad dal – 1/4 cup
- Salt – to taste
Recipe:
- Soak Urad dal and Wheat rava separately for 3 hrs.
- Grind Urad dal into a fine paste, then add Wheat rava and grind again for 5 more minutes.
- Add Salt and mix well. Allow the batter to ferment for overnight.
- Then prepare idli using this batter.
- It is good for sugar patients.
